Buried Alive: An Innocent Man Languishes On Death Row.
(An abbreviated version of Bill's case)
Bill Clark was convicted of two murders he did NOT commit. One occurred in 1991 as a result of an attempted robbery at a computer store in Fountain Valley, California. The other occurred in Gardena, California, while Bill was in custody awaiting trial for the computer store crimes. Bill's conviction and death is another one of America's travesties of justice, in which all of the following facts are true and supported by conclusive evidence:
Numerous eyewitnesses, including a veteran police officer, yet NONE of them identify or implicate Bill.
Mountains of physical evidence, fingerprints, DNA, etc., yet NONE of it connects Bill.
Police and civilian witnesses committed numerous acts of PERJURY with the prosecutor's knowledge, blessing and assistance.
The actual TRIGGERMAN in the computer store robbery/murder was apprehended the night of the crime, he was subsequently interviewed by police, and at NO time did henor has he said that he knew Bill or that Bill was involved in any way.
The TRIGGERMAN in the murder that occurred while Bill was in custody was IDENTIFIED by police, but NEVER arrested or charged.
Bill has AIRTIGHT ALIBIS for both murders with credible witnesses and supporting evidence.
In his interviews with police, Bill made no incriminating statements or admissions, which means he's ALWAYS maintained his innocence.
In an effort to create fraudulent eyewitness testimony, police asked witnesses to pick Bill out of six person photo lineup where he was the ONLY African American.
Bill was taken to trial in front of an ALL WHITE jury where the prosecutor deliberately REMOVED any and all the African Americans.
Bill's trial attorney was grossly incompetent and negligent in his defense of Bill and admitted it.
Police and prosecutors engaged in a pattern of misconduct, including hiding key evidence, creating false evidence, destroying and altering key evidence and routinely lying about it.
